Application
1. Receiving goods into the warehouse
When the goods transported by the strip enters the warehouse through the infeed conveyor or the RFID access channel, the RFID reader scans the barcode information of the pallet on the pallet, records the entire palletized information of the compressed pallet into the electronic label, and then passes The computer storage management information system calculates the corresponding cargo space, and then sends the stock instruction to the forklift vehicle system through the network system. Finally, the forklift stores the goods to the corresponding cargo space according to the requirements.
2. Goods out of the chain
After receiving the shipping instructions, the RFID forklift can fork the pallet for loading the goods at the designated location according to the instructions. The forklift reader can identify the location RFID tag and the tray RFID tag. After confirming the accuracy of the pallet goods, the pallet goods are sent to the delivery port or the RFID access channel. The warehouse shipment door RFID reader reads the pallet label. Information and judge whether the information is accurate, and the goods are shipped after the verification is correct.
3. Goods inventory
Installing the reader in the warehouse can read the tag information of the goods in the real-time, and check whether the data of the real-time inventory is consistent with the statistical storage information in the database. Or use the handheld RFID mobile reading and writing device to scan the pallets in the warehouse and quickly inventory the goods.
4. Cargo area location and transfer
After the readers in the warehouse read the cargo pallet and inventory label information in real time, the control center can judge the storage area of each cargo according to the network of the reader. At the same time as the statistical warehouse usage, the storage location of the new warehousing goods is arranged accordingly.
